Warranty Policy

Warranty:

Term: For a period of one year from the original date of purchase of the product, Mova will, at its option, repair or replace with a new or refurbished product or parts, any product or parts determined to be defective. Product or parts repaired or replaced during the Warranty Period will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period. The Warranty Period is not extendable. This Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, and damages caused by misuse, abuse, misapplication, improper maintenance, or accident, such as

  • - fire, water, lightning, or other acts of nature;
  • - battery short-circuit, if the seals of the battery enclosure or the cells are broken or show evidence of tampering or if the battery has been used in equipment other than the product;
  • - use of parts (including consumable parts) not recommended by Mova; and
  • - any alteration or modification to the product without prior written authorization by Mova;

This Limited Warranty is invalidated if the product's serial number has been removed, erased, defaced, altered, or otherwise becomes illegible.

Instructions: To obtain warranty service, you must provide the sales receipt showing the original date of purchase, the name of the retailer, the product model number, and the purchase price. To obtain warranty service, you must also deliver the product, freight prepaid, in either the original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection to a Mova authorized service facility. You are responsible for damages caused by Inadequate packaging.
